I gave the keynote at The Arc Caddo-Bossier 2026 Leadership Luncheon

On September 9, 2026, I gave the keynote at The Arc Caddo-Bossier 2026 Leadership Luncheon, hosted by The Arc Caddo-Bossier, at Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana in Bossier City, Louisiana.

I spoke about what we at DaniMation do to help create more opportunities and inclusion for autistic people and individuals with disabilities. DaniMation is a nonprofit I founded that teaches animation to neurodiverse students and learners of all kinds, and has served more than 3,500 participants. I was diagnosed with autism at age 4.

The Shreveport Times published a story, a video of the keynote, and a photo gallery from the luncheon. KSLA News 12, KTAL, the Bossier Press-Tribune, Kiss Country 93.7, Be Bossier, and Reuters Connect also covered the event.

Kristen Powers, CEO of The Arc Caddo-Bossier, said: ‘When we look at Dani, we see exactly what we hope for every person we serve: the chance to become the best version of themselves, with nothing standing in the way. Representation like hers helps break down the barriers that too often hold people back.’

Speaking to KSLA News 12 about the event, I said: “If I can turn my passion into a career, then so can many generations of people on the spectrum.”

Thank you to The Arc Caddo-Bossier for the invitation. If you are an event organizer interested in booking me to speak, the booking link is below.
